Today was a lonnnng day ! I survived my first day at my new job. I was very satisfied Smile I have a small office, my own desk, and soon my own computer. Very exciting after 4 years at school let me tell you ! When I got home I had a surprise waiting for me…

The boyfriend was cooking me supper ! Smile Nothing better than coming home and not having to cook anything.

Workout

Here is some abdominal moves you can do ! You can even do these in your living room if you wanna skip the gym.

ABS Reps
Weighted Crunch 3 x 15
Lying Leg Raises 3 x 15
Side crunches (each side) 3 x 15
Plank 2 x 30 seconds
Scissors 3 x 15
Cardio – Elliptical 30 minutes

If you can try holding your plank for 1 minute ! You’ll feel the burnnnn.  Abs are my favorite part to workout ! Come on, give it a try Smile
