HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY !! Open-mouthed smile

Tis’ the day to spoil one another !

This morning I woke up this morning to an amazing surprise ! My friend Meg awarded me Liebster Blog Award !

She’s such a sweetie! Smile

Even though my ~~baby~~ blog is only two months old, it’s nice to have friends in the blog world to support you ! <3

In other news :

Since going G-F, I found that I’m craving more vegetables and protein ! I don’t know if this is normal or not, but I’m loving it ! Usually I come home from work and I don’t even wanna think about cooking, but my internal chef is slowly but surely coming back ! Open-mouthed smile

So I wiped up some Brown Rice Pasta with some Organic Tomato Basil Sauce. I put the pasta on a bed of Spinach and Sugar Snap Peas, with a side a Brussels Sprouts. Talk about eating my green veggies ! Winking smile

Doesn’t look that appetizing in this picture but it was AWSOME ! <3

Spinach & Peas :

1 teaspoon coconut oil

sea salt and pepper

Brussels Sprouts :

375 F for about 15 minutes

mixed with extra virgin olive oil

garlic powder

onion powder

sea salt & pepper

So if you’re like me and you LOVE surprises, and secretly want a special Valentine’s day from your loved one, I suggest these little subtle hints :

- “Did you know that you have 10 days left to plan out our Valentine’s Day”

- “Hey, look, crayons and markers, you know you can use them to make a homemade Valentine’s Day card right?”

- “3 days to Valentine’s day!!!! Ouff, you don’t have much time left, hope your planning accordingly”

the list goes on, but I should stop there before I make a fool of myself Smile with tongue out

True story I tell you! As you can see, I really wanted an awesome surprise for Valentine’s Day ! Haha I said the previous words, and voilà ! I couldn’t even go home at lunch. So I figure it’s a good sign ! Smile Haha

It’s only fair since the boyfriends birthday is in two days anyways. He surprises me with Valentine’s Day and I surprise him for his birthday. (But he doesn’t know that everything depends on his surprise Valentine’s ) Haha Smile with tongue out
