I am now an official member of the Tone It Up Team !
I’ve been following Karena and Katrina for a while but never took the leap and try it out for myself.
The fitness part of being healthy never was a problem for me ! I love working out and running my life away, but eating right. That’s another story ! So I’m hoping to kick those bad eating habits and on with the new healthy eating habits !
If this isn’t motivation I don’t know what is !
I’m going to write more about it and my progress the more I’m familiar with the plan, but for now one thing is for sure : This community and these girls are amazing ! They have helped a lot of people and I LOVE that it’s not about being the skinniest you can be, it’s about being healthy and being strong.
This is an example of the amazing community they built.
