I just love weekends!
Who’s with me?
Even though I don’t generally sleep in on weekends, that’s actually my favorite part. I feel like I have the whole day to accomplish everything!
I love to wake up, drink coffee, eat breakfast, chill a bit, read blogs, then by 8 am I’m already ready for a workout or run! Right now I’m more in the running stage that’s basically the only thing I’m doing right now, but then I’m showered and ready by 10 am! I still have the whole day in front of me!
So this weekend I decided to be very productive! Since, these past couple of weeks I felt so tired all the time, and I wasn’t doing much. It was time for a change.
So I decided to try to go to sleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time also. Just to get a routine going. Since Wednesday last week I’ve been waking up at 6 am (and not going back to sleep!!). I have succeeded yayy. I think I finally broke the cycle.
Saturday was my most productive day, I woke up, had breakfast, went for a walk / run with Callie, blog, went for a jog, made a meal plan, then I read my book most of the day!
Breakfast on Saturday was a combination of mango and oatmeal. My favorite combination actually! So refreshing !
I told you guys I would share the meal plan I had made.
Note though that this meal plan is not made to lose weight or anything. It’s just a bunch of recipes I love and some I wanted to try out for the first time!
Also, there’s are lot of these recipes that I haven’t made yet, so once I have made them I will shares pictures!

Do you make meal plans for the week?
Do you feel you have to plan your meals in order to eat healthy?
I feel like right now for the best way is to just go with the flow, until I’m eating 90% well on my own. Then I think I can stick to a planned meal plan.
What does your usual weekend look like?

I really need to plan some better meals, especially snacks. We go grocery shopping once a week, so suppers are usually pretty planned out, but everything else i just wing.. if i planned more i would probably be healthier!
my weekends i am always catching up on sleep! i love sleep too much.
I hear you !! I need like 9 hours of sleep every night to not be a zombie ! lol
