Trip to the doctor

Hi guys ! Smile

Hope you had a great weekend ! I know I relax and slept most of the weekend since I was sick! It started Wednesday and I had to miss Thursday and Friday of work Sad smile Not good. So Friday I decided to go to my naturopath to see what was up ! Turns out I have to do a Liver,Kidney, Colon Detox using these medicine.

She also got me on, Probiotics once a day, Bentonite Clay, Magnesium Citramate, and Digestive Enzymes to help breakdown the food so I can absorb the nutrients better.

She says that it will get way worst before it gets better, so hopefully in the next couple weeks I don’t get too sick ! I still have to train for my 5K in three weeks.

I tried to eat lots of veggies and fruit to help me get better.

In my book being sick means I can watch tons of movies! lol

So I watched these two movies.

Friends with kids wasn’t a bad movie but not that great either. I wouldn’t watch it again let’s put it that way.


While recuperating, I also finished my book. It took me 1 week to read 552 pages. I was really into it! If you guys are in the mood for a good book, I can suggest “Platinum” by Jo Rees for sure! Smile

I now official have the reading itch so I picked a coupe books that I need to read ASAP.
