It’s Hump Day and boy am I glad ! This weeks been tough! I don’t feel like working at all, I’m still in Vacation Mode over here. My eats have been everywhere the past week and I can’t wait to get back into work mode because I don’t feel so good. You know you didn’t eat right when your body’s rebelling against you ! So to try to get back on track, these were my eats I will also share a recipe tomorrow for the Shrimps because they were A-MA-Z-I-N-G.

Snack 9h30 – Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffin
Lunch 12h00 – Salad with Fresh Garden Lettuce
Snack 2h30 – Larabar
Pre Supper Snack 4h15 – Cucumbers
Supper 5h30 – Shrimps, Golden Beets & Kale
