Strength Training Focus–Legs
I love Saturday’s but they can be bittersweet sometimes ! Saturday’s are usually made for cleaning, cooking, walking Callie, Staying at the gym longer than usual, and working on ze blog. So by the time I try to get everything done (I like to relax on Sundays and not be rushed) it’s already 6hoo pm. Which isn’t bad but by that time I’m dead tired and just feel like crashing and watching movies ! So I never really get to “relax” on Saturdays.
Except this upcoming Saturday I will finally get to see my family !!! It’s been a year and that is too long !! I have great guest posts lined up for you guys so I can spend some quality time with my familia! I have a feeling it will go by so fast, so I’ll enjoy every second of it !
So yesterday I mentioned I was doing the 7DSD by Tone it up ! This morning I was ready to start ! I started my dad with a big glass of water, took Callie out for a 30 minute “Booty Call”, made some Slim Down Scramble for me & N8, and started cleaning ! I took snacks breaks of course! Grapefruit for mid-morning snack, lunch was mixed greens with chicken, and afternoon snack was a protein shake ! I anticipate on making Asparagus & Chicken for supper as well ! I’m craving Asparagus so bad, I cannot wait for 6hoo pm ! lol
Sidenote : I think my puppy doesn’t like lettuce, this is what I found the other day. She does this with mushrooms too ! She’s such a little weirdo <3
So today on the workout agenda is 30 minutes Cardio + Full body Workout. I love full body workouts, but my favorite workouts are also Leg workouts !
I thought we could focus on legs today by doing my favorite leg exercises! Is it just me or working out your legs just makes you feel so much more powerful !? I just love it !
Tomorrow I have a pretty exciting post for you guys! I decided I want to talk about my past and my family. I realized I haven’t talked much about me and my past or what I’ve been through. I’m really excited to share this part of my life with you guys, and maybe you’ll have a better understanding of where I’m coming from sometimes.
