WIAW #6
I haven’t even done a WIAW in August ! What was I thinking !
Recently my eats have been pretty tasty, amazing and healthy ! I was on “vacation mode” for a while and I didn’t seem to care what I was eating, which led to me feeling sluggish and extremely tired. My body was craving healthy foods! I’ve been making a lot of Tone It Up creations as well ! I can’t believe how good and quick they are!
Breakfast – Green Smoothie
This miracle includes – Lettuce, Spinach, Celery, Apple, Pear, Banana, Parsley & Lemon Juice. DELISH.
Snack #1 – Veggies + Hummus
My new favorite combination !! Why haven’t I tried this before. I kind of got sick of hummus at a point I think that was why, but I bought the “original” hummus, and I am in love! I might attempt to make my own soon.
Lunch – Tofu Scramble
I also snacked on some stuffed garlic olives, and veggies while cooking. As always.
Snack #2 – Larabar

I finally tried to chocolate coconut one, and loved it ! I was stuck in my peanut butter Larabar phase, but I think I’m ready to branch out now. Soo good, and such good energy !
Diner – Simple Stir Fry
